 SEASON

Commences on Tuesday 20th April and will run for 9 weeks. Please note that WSL3 will switch to Tuesday nights and MSL3 and MSL5 will revert back to Thursdays. We will distribute fixtures as soon as they are available.

 Tuesdays – WSL1, WSL2, WSL3, JnrW, YthG

Wednesdays – MSL1, MSL2, JnrM, YthM

Thursdays – MSL1, MSL2, MSL3, MSL4, MSL5

 TRAINING

Training has kicked off already and we are seeing truly massive numbers at our sessions – up to 40 on Mondays! As a result, we need to ensure that the right people are turning up to the right sessions. The schedule below is a great balance between allowing our first grade teams to run the dedicated high level training they need to compete in SL1, while still maintaining opportunities for all other players to develop. Most teams and players will have the opportunity to attend at least 2 sessions per week. It also balances the precious pool availability and while keeping costs manageable.

Monday – 7:30-9:00pm – ALL welcome (Focus on Beginners and lower grades)

Thursday – 7:30-9:00pm – Elite training (SL1/SL2 men, SL1 women)

Saturday - 4:00-5:30pm - Youth training (U/16 Boys)

Sunday – 5:00-6:30pm – Youth training (U12s & U14s boys and girls)

Sunday – 5:00-6:30pm – Junior training (U18 boys)

Sunday – 6:00-7:30pm – Womens only training (U16/18, SL1,2,3)

Sunday – 7:00-8:30pm – SL1 Mens Squad training

THERE WILL BE ON ANZAC DAY

Don’t forget, Monash University offers more training opportunities (and at a much cheaper rate) than any other Victorian club – 7.5 hours per week. But we haven’t stopped there, we are also investigating other opportunities for even more pool space and training.

 SELECTION TRIALS

Also given the huge interest in our higher level teams, we will be running some selection trials. If you want to play in SL1 or SL2, then you must attend these selection trials. We will have a selection panel of senior members and coaches to ensure this processes is seamless and transparent. Times and dates are:

 SL1/2 men –  18th April – 7:00-8:30pm

SL1/2 women –  18th April – 6:00-7:30pm
